My name is Gerald Aska and I have been a health advocate for over 30 years. I strongly believe in healing and maintaining health the natural way.

As a family, we stay away as much as possible from pharmaceutical drugs and watch what we eat. We habitually read the food label on every food package before we make a purchase. Whenever we do get ill, one of our primary missions, besides getting well without pharmaceutical drugs, is to determine the root cause. Being health conscious for so long, I usually can determine where I went wrong that resullted in my illness.
